The jury report stated that ‘Steeler Yachts has re-invented the Motoryacht’. A fantastic independent verdict for a Shipyard that has been surprising the market for many years with breakthrough designs.
The European award has put Steeler Yachts even more firmly on course to become a major player in the European market.
Setting new standards
But there is more to come: In 2015 the introduction took place of the aluminium fast-going NG’s and the 17.50 meter NG57 will further strengthen its position in the Offshore market.
Early 2016, the first sea trials are planned with the aluminium Panorama FF48. The FF48, at first sight very similar to the award-winning FF46 built in steel, is powered by twin Yanmar 480’s diesel engines and due to the Vripack designed planning hull extremely efficient between 14 and 24 knots.
The Panorama FF53, powered by triple IPS600, caters to those who enjoy the adrenaline of 35 knots. At a fuel consumption of less than 4 liters per nautical mile, the FF53 sets new standards for efficient high speed cruising.
