The traditional yard Damarin is located in Gouda, on the bank of the channelised Hollandse IJssel River. Damarin boats are distinguished by their beauty, quality, handling and thoughtful & comfortable interiors. The yard develops all its products In-house and builds them entirely in the Netherlands.
The yard originated in the best possible way: out of love for boats. Originally a fisherman by trade, Adrianes van Dam decided to switch to a profession he was truly passionate about and started building seaworthy barges. Continuing the family tradition decades later, his grandson Adrie van Dam founded the Damarin yard in 1995.
Damarin 732 Xtender
Damarin has since become one of the most famous Dutch yards for boats and tenders. The yard’s latest model is the Damarin 732 Xtender, which bridges the gap between the 640 MPV and the 840 Xtender. While this boat has a different look, there are also similarities to its predecessors, such as the lowered floor and recessed foredeck.
Easy boarding
The modern hull of the Damarin 732 Xtender is the fruit of a partnership with Studio Delta. The tender has excellent sailing characteristics at both high and low speeds. The integrated
swim platform and open transom allow easy entrance. Moreover, the aft seat can be removed to provide even better access to the swimming platform.
Sundeck and toilet
The cockpit is self-draining thanks to three large drains. As the forward benches are in a relatively low position, sitting under the sprayhood is very comfortable. The seats themselves are two metres long and can, using extra pads, be transformed into a spacious berth or sundeck. There is room on board for a stove, fridge, sink and even a large toilet area with sliding doors for easy accessibility. The tender is easily trailerable. In the standard 28 hp version, it is a displacement boat, from 52 hp it is a fast sailer, and with 110 hp it can even achieve speeds of 40 km per hour.
