Euroship Services is a family-run company renowned for the production of building kits for work boats and yachts, including launches, tugs and cutters. In 2000, the Cornelissen family even introduced a completely new model line: the Luxe Motor.
Luxe Motor
Since the construction of the first Luxe Motor 1800, more than 150 building kits, hulls or readyto- sail yachts have been delivered. Meanwhile, the 1800 also had several successors. There is, for instance, the Luxe Motor 1350, which provides maximum interior space and is ideal for Europe’s inland waterways. The slightly larger Luxe Motor 1500 is the most popular model in the series, featuring plenty of space both inside and on deck yet still not requiring a licence to sail. Both these boats can easily be sailed by a single person and are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 12 to 30 metres.
Meander and Deksalon
Another design by Euroship is the Meander, an all-round boat for the European inland and coastal waters available in various sizes. The Meander is as tough and practical as the Luxe Motor, and has a smarter underwater section which allows for more interior space. Those looking for a double-decker should look into the Deksalon 2000: the spacious aft deck, the large main saloon with generous galley and the second saloon below deck make this yacht ideal for long or even permanent stays on board.
Build your own boat
A major advantage of Euroship Services is that customers can decide for themselves how much they wish to be involved in the production process as the entire process is conducted under one roof. The design is done in-house, so all wishes can already be included in the design, even if only a building kit or hull is ordered. In the latter case, the computer generates a kit that is then cut with perfect precision. This is an ideal base for DIY builders and yachtbuilding yards. For those who prefer to spend their time sailing rather than building, the Euroship provides technically seaworthy and even completely finished yachts.
Welcome to the yard
Euroship Services is open for visits and tours by appointment. Visitors can take a trial sail on the Meuse River or spend time on board a demo vessel to experience true spaciousness. And, since the yard always has several yachts under construction, they can also easily view all the different stages of completion.
