Sailors who wish to sell their boat from their own private berth are welcome at De Haer Nautique. In 2003 the company became the first yacht broker in Northern Europe to start selling luxury motoryachts in the medium and high price range (up to € 750,000, with an average of € 100,000) independently and actively from the owner’s berth. De Haer Nautique has since become a household name in the Netherlands and abroad.
Buyers and sellers meet during a tour that always takes place under the supervision of one of the De Haer Nautique brokers, who provides advice and assistance to both parties. Owners share experiences and answer questions in a relaxed setting directly onboard the yacht. This distinctive brokering style allows clients to retain control over activities such as maintenance and cleaning. Abroad
Around 25% of the boats for which De Haer Nautique is an intermediary are berthed outside of the Netherlands, which means that frequent travel abroad is involved. De Haer Nautique attaches great importance to proper accompaniment, so potential buyers are escorted to the country where the yacht is located so they can receive practical help with any issues that might arise. Countries where De Haer Nautique does a great deal of business include the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium, but also Mediterranean countries such as France, Spain, Italy and Montenegro.
Elling
Over the past ten years, De Haer Nautique has sold many Elling yachts. The company knows the market for pre-owned Elling yachts like no other, allowing it to provide the best of service to both sellers and buyers of these fine yachts. In fact, the company can comfortably call itself the main Elling specialist in
the Netherlands.
Critically seeking out the finest
